Am not totally satisfied with this picture but my ghost must move on, so I am posting anyway. I am behind my picture a day goal but I have been drawing a picture a day--just not posting them all. The problem was, when there was suddenly a story developing, I felt a certain amount of responsibility to my ghost.

These were my next two Facebook posts. As you can see the first was really a sketch and that is what I intended them all to be. But the ghosts had other ideas.

Perilous Places has been quiet for a while but that doesn't mean I haven't been working--I just haven't been posting. However, I started the year off with this little sketch and a pledge to explore the world of my little ghosts. So far, I have been able to post a sketch a day. The ghosts are characters in a book I am working on, however, the story that is emerging in my posts is something outside of the original story. Kind of exciting. For me, anyway.
